MATERIAL - the best quality spring steel: 60CrMn2
MANUFACTURING - Advanced technology, superior to current standards - Tolerance from +/- 0.5mmPROCESSING - heat Treaty following the strictest guidelines to ensure optimal hardness and ultimate performance
BLASTING - The springs are shot blasted and then compressed to their optimum limit to increase their service life and eliminate any sagging under conditions of use.
TESTS- 100% of our springs undergo taring and height under load tests under extreme conditions to ensure that they meet the expected requirements.
FINISH - Each spring is individually treated to meet the demands of extreme cold and salty roads in winter.
All treatments also provide less exposure to the heat of arid deserts, thereby limiting the risk of breakage.
CONTROL - By magnetic particle inspection technique. Each spring is 100% UV checked to identify the slightest defect. We only keep those who pass this test.
